GM Ziaur Rahman, GM Abdullah Al Rakib, FM Mehdi Hasan Parag and FM Abu Sufian Shakil of Biman beat Habibur Rahman Habib, Farhadur Rahman, Abdullah Al Saif and Md. Ibrahim Hossain of Toyota Motors respectively. Chittagong Mohammedan drew with Pritam Prijam Chess Club by 2-2 points. Sohel Chowdhury of Pritam Prijam beat Indian IM Saptarshi Roy of Chittagong Mohammedan. Santu Mondol of Pritam Prijam beat Md. Ali of Mohammedan. IM Roktim Bandyopadhyay and FM Syed Mahfuzur Rahman of Mohammadan beat Rahul Sangma and Monir Hossain of Pritm Prism respectively. Destiny 2000 Limited beat Farashgonj Sporting Club by 2½-1½ points. IM Enamul Hossain Razib and Debaraj Chatterjee of Destiny beat Md. Fahim and Prantik Roy of Farashgonj respectively. Abdul Majed of Farashgonj beat Md. Javed of Destiny and Debasish Mukharjee of Farashgonj drew with FM Minhazuddin Ahmed of Destiny.
