In the 8th round Leonine beat Mohakhali Prodip Sangah by 4-0 points. GM Neelotpal Das, IM Sriram Jha, GM Niaz Murshed and Abdul Maleq of Leonine beat Idris Ali, Abdur rashid, Sharif Hossain and S.A.M Naser of Prodip Sangha respectively. Chittagong Mohammedan beat Friends Chess Power by 4-0 points. IM Roktim Bandyopadhyay, IM Saptarshi Roy, FM Syed Mahfuzur Rahman and Mohammad Ali of Mohammadan beat Delwar Hossain, Nazrul Islam Devid, Asaduzzaman and Abdur Rauf of Friends respectively. Biman beat Faith Chess Club by 4-0 points. GM Ziaur Rahman, GM Reefat Bin Sattar, FM Mehdi Hasan Parag and FM Abu Sufian Shakil of Biman beat Masudur Rahman Bari, Moshtafizur Rahman, Zohirul Islam and Sujan respectively. Pritam Prijam Chess Club drew with Destiny 2000 Limited. Rahul Sangma and Sohel Chowdhury of Pritam Prijam beat IM Enamul Hossain Razib and FM Sk. Nasir Hossain of Destiny respectively. FM Minhazuddin Ahmed and FM Taibur Rahman Monir Hossain and Santu Mondal of Pritam Prijam respectively.
