Ehsanul Haque Managing Director of Prime Bank Limited and Mr. Jamilur Rahman, General Secretary of Bangladesh Chess Federation were present as special guests. Mr. Syed Shujauddin Ahmed, former President of Bangladesh Chess Federation presided the ceremony and Mr. Monzur Hossain Zimmu, General Secretary of Leonine Chess Club gave address in the ceremony. Total 127 chess players participated in the event and cash prizes given to the winners.

Prime Bank 11th Open International Rating Chess
The games of the Prime Bank 11th Open International Rating Chess Tournament will start from tomorrow (Saturday) at 3:00 PM at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room. It’s an open event for all chess players. Interested chess players can enroll their name on or before today (Friday) at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room.
The event will be held in 9 round Swiss-League system and cash prize money will be given to the winners.
